Elan Hair Careers

Build your career with Elan Hair.

For 30 years, Elan Hair has been part of the Green Hills community and home to talented beauty professionals who are passionate about their craft and their clients.

We believe a great salon career is about more than doing beautiful hair. It’s about continuing to grow, being part of a supportive team, creating an exceptional client experience, and having a salon environment you’re proud to call home.

Stylist Opportunities

We’re always interested in meeting talented, motivated stylists who value professionalism, education, teamwork, and exceptional client care. Elan offers an established salon environment in the heart of Green Hills, premium professional products, front desk support, continued education, and a team-focused atmosphere. Opportunities may be available for both commission stylists and chair rental.

Whether you’re an experienced stylist looking for a fresh start or ready for the next chapter in your career, we’d love to learn more about you and what you’re looking for in a salon.

Support Team

Our support team plays an essential role in the Elan experience. From welcoming our clients to keeping the salon running smoothly, we look for dependable, professional, friendly people who enjoy working in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Experience in customer service or a salon setting is a plus, but a positive attitude, strong communication skills, reliability, and a genuine desire to take care of people are just as important.

Shampoo + Salon Support

Our shampoo and salon support team is an important part of the Elan experience. This position is a great opportunity for cosmetology students or individuals interested in gaining hands-on experience in a professional salon environment. Responsibilities may include shampooing, helping maintain a clean and organized slaon, laundry, sweeping, trash, and supporting the team throughout the day.  We’re looking for someone who is friendly, dependable, professional, eager to learn, and comfortable in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment. For cosmetology students, it’s a great way to gain real-world salon experience while completing school.
